Comtrend products that are sold to you by your Internet Service Provider require you to contact their technical support.


While Comtrend manufactures the hardware, your Service Provider is the only one with access to your connection to their network and the Internet. In order to maintain a secure network, Service Providers use custom software, usernames, and passwords. 

This prevents a manufacturer like Comtrend from accessing the unit.

For the best support experience, navigate to your service provider’s homepage and follow the directions to contact their customer support.
