No, you should call your Internet Service Provider, i.e., the company you pay for Internet. Only they can problem-solve the connection to or through the Comtrend gateway/modem.

Where can I find a gateway user manual?

If you are a Service Provider needing a gateway user manual, then please reach out to your Account Manager. We do not provide gateway user manuals online, because the gateways we offer are purchased and deployed exclusively by Service Providers. Since they must be configured by the Service Provider to connect to their secure networks, all end users (Service Provider Customers) must contact them directly for questions related to documentation, software, and support.
