Comtrend Continues to Gain Ground in the Baltic States as Bonded Router RFP Winner Announced

In a recent selection procedure, TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television services in Lithuania, selected Comtrend as its sole RFP (Request for Proposal) winner for line bonded CPE product.

Building on the previous success of their Gigabit Ethernet Gateway (WAP 5813n), the new contract is for Comtrend’s NL-3100u bonded router. New product is planned to be used in business internet and datacom deployments. NL-3100u will enable TEO to increase data rates.

In general, this single box solution is also suitable for triple play applications and features dual ADSL2+/VDSL2 bonded ports that provide twice the ADSL/VDSL bandwidth (12a/12b profile) over comparable single-port models. Additional features include QoS, VPN and remote management (with TR-069 support).
