This partnership was uniquely created to enable Comtrend’s Gateways and NISC’s User Services System (USS) to seamlessly work together to deliver a powerful ACS remote management offering for the Provider.

Comtrend offers a proven and comprehensive xDSL and Ethernet Gateway product lineup, as well as mesh-enhanced wireless and unique powerline home networking technology. By choosing Comtrend equipment, the Provider is not only choosing hardware. They are choosing a company with over three decades of experience, more than 500 Telcos/Utilities serviced domestically, dedicated support, and top-tier distributors. Combined with NISC’s USS, Providers will have a diverse range of integrated solutions. NISC’s USS is a powerful, cloud-based tool that truly enhances customers’ Internet experience and reduces Provider’s truck rolls and customer support expenses. It includes ACS Management, WiFi & Device Administration, and Customer Self-Care Functionality.

This partnership was uniquely created to enable Comtrend’s Gateways and NISC’s User Services System (USS) to seamlessly work together to deliver a powerful ACS remote management offering for the Provider.

Comtrend and NISC will be closely collaborating on promoting, offering, and supporting this CPE and ACS solution. Further, they will be working on certification, aligned roadmaps and vision, and integration to create a thorough and dependable remote CPE management and home networking solution. Their mutual goal is to deliver the highest satisfaction to the Providers and NISC Members.
